Swerve wanted to send year-end gifts to their clients and to make a few charitable donations. They decided to do it as a seasonal campaign and allow clients to select their gift as well as select which charity they wanted Swerve to donate to on their behalf.
We created a greeting card that was custom imprinted with the clients name in the cover design and included a link to the site with a username and password in the content. Based on their unique login, key clients were invited to select the gift of their choice, and all recipients were able to select the charity to receive their portion of the donation.
The results were exported from the database and each specific client was sent their selected gift and each charity received the amount of their donation.
This campaign had almost a 100% response rate!
We designed a new invitation and recreated the online donation selection in 2008 and sent it out to their client list again
