Each year the Huntington Society sells Amaryllis flowers as a fundraiser for their cause but there are challenges to selling real flowers and your reach is limited.
This year they decided to mirror the campaign online and allow supporters to donate to their cause and plant a virtual Amaryllis online and leave a message to inspire hope with others.
The site also features a section where users can grow their knowledge and learn about the disease while watching a flower grow.
We tied the site into an online donation system that we built for their main site and the donation system was skinned to match the look of the microsite for a consistent user experience.
